  9. Sample Code Note #0 (this document) accompanies each release of Apple II 
  10. Sample Code.  This release, which includes Sample Code programs 1-24, is a 
  11. comprehensive re-release of all Apple II Sample Code with the addition of 
  12. several new samples.  This releases supersedes all previous releases of Apple 
  13. II Sample Code.  If there are any subjects which you would like to see treated 
  14. in Sample Code (or if you have any questions about existing Sample Code),

  28. in the Developer Services bulletin board and other electronic sources,

  45. cannot resell them, so read, enjoy, and share.  We hope Apple II Sample Code 
  46. provides you with lots of valuable examples while you are developing Apple II

  50. Support and Apple Engineering, so we feel the quality of the code is very 
  51. high.  Of course, we are human, so it is likely there are still some bugs that
